A temporary wall has been constructed in the lobby of IRC Dean to provide a safe space for workers to complete this project. The original brick, partition wall would be torn down along with the old walls & plumbing. The lockers, toilets, showers and changing rooms would also be removed.
The old foundation is taken out and a new one laid in along with new plumbing.
The first stage included removing the heating units from the courts as well as the vent fans from courts 8 & 16. New ventilation shafts would be installed and connected to 4 individual condenser units.
Installation of our brand new climate control is finished! Members can expect cooler summers and warmer winters!
Framing is installed and copper piping laid in as well as new ventilation.
Things are moving along with the addition of insulation, wiring and drywall.
The walls are set, sink fixtures, cabinets & lockers are starting to be placed as well as tiling.
2024
Lighting is installed as well as brand new mirrors and toilets.
