Front Desk Associate


Part-Time

Front Desk team members must be personable and highly customer service oriented.  Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming members and guests, taking incoming telephone calls, and handling cash register transactions.  Previous experience in fitness, sales, or customer service is helpful, but not required.

Pro Shop Associate


Part-Time

Our nationally-awarded Pro Shop seeks a highly motivated individual for our retail sales position. This individual must be energetic, dependable, professional, and have excellent people and customer-service skills.

This role involves interacting with customers in a retail environment to provide outstanding service selling tennis apparel, shoes, racquets, and accessories.  Additional responsibilities include processing sales transactions, re-stocking merchandise, displaying new products, inventory counts, and maintaining a neat and organized selling floor.

This position is based out of Indianapolis Racquet Club, located on the northside of Indianapolis at 8249 Dean Road.  Knowledge of tennis is helpful.  A flexible schedule is required, which may include some evenings and weekends.

Member Services Representative


Part-Time

The Indianapolis Racquet Club is seeking a Member Services Representative for our IRC Dean Road location.  We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, energetic individual who is comfortable working in a team as well as individually.  Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service is essential.

Responsibilities include working with IRC members and prospective members in person, via e-mail, and over the phone to promote IRC activities.  Additional tasks may include, but are not limited to; providing program information, registering new members, handling member concerns, club tours, special events, coordinating leagues, marketing, and program billing.  Staff also provide assistance to our Front Desk Team.

Tennis knowledge is preferred but not required.  Candidates should be comfortable with Microsoft Office.  This position is part-time with the potential to be full-time in the future.  Will require occasional weekends.  Benefits include discounts towards on-court activities and within our award-winning pro shop.
