Teaching Style: Christie understands everyone has their own learning journey and learns at different paces. She listens to her student’s goals and offers instruction and drills to add tools to their toolbox. Building a strong foundation while having fun on the court is key to success. Her motto is “Any day on court is a good day!”
Experience:
Christie learned and fell in love with tennis in 2020 while living in Ireland. She quickly excelled in the sport and became an assistant coach while there. After returning to the USA in 2021, she went to USTA Nationals in 2022 and 2023 at two different skill levels. She is taking her countless hours of personal coaching, clinics, and team competitions in tennis and applying them to pickleball. She competed in her first APA tournament in 2024 and earned the bronze medal. Christie recently placed Silver in Women’s Singles 3.5 in The Greatest Spectacle in Pickleball and was selected to play at the UPA World Championship tournament in Dallas, TX, this November. She continues to personally develop and compete in women’s and mixed pickleball & tennis events.

Christie loves to help players grow in the sport from beginner to intermediate to advanced levels through instructional classes, clinics, private lessons, and hosting fun “Social Dinking” events.
Other Interests:
Christie loves to travel and spend time with friends and family. She likes to play board games, card games, hike, go geocaching, and try new restaurants.
