Tennis Drop-Ins

Members may register 14 days in advance for any drop-in group activity in person with our Front Desk team, by phone, via the member portal or by the IRC app. Members who do not register in advance will be given priority to play until the start time of the activity.

Guests may register for drop-in group activities one hour in advance of play. Advanced registration and guest fees do apply ($12/person plus the group fee). No cancellation.

Withdrawal from a drop-in group activity will be honored if received 24 hours before the scheduled time of play. “No shows” and late cancellations will be billed for group fee.

IRC reserves the right to alter or cancel any program (drop-in or session) for any reason deemed necessary including, but not limited to price, assigned teaching professionals, age, skill level or location. A minimum number of players is required to begin and/or continue a group.

1.) Once a space becomes available, the first person on the waiting list will be automatically added to the drop-in.

2.) The player will then receive an email and text informing them that they have been registered. Players must be opted in to emails and texts to receive the communication.

3.) If the player wishes to be removed from the roster, then they can click on the link in the email or text to remove themself.

4.) Waitlists will be locked 24 hours prior to the drop-in. The Front Desk staff will call members on the waitlist personally inside the 24 hour window if a space becomes available. Members cancelling within 24 hours must call the Front Desk.

Pro assignments may change unexpectedly due to unforeseen circumstances.  These changes may be temporary or a permanent change in the pro assignment. We appreciate your understanding.
